Zeck’s North Carolina Barbecue does catering for parties and events. No party is too small or too big! For larger parties or events, along with our Barbecue Menu, we can set up our Festival Food menu right at your party also. The Festival Menu features choices of; funnel cakes, breaded tenderloins, nachos, hot dogs, grilled chicken, steaks, and sno-cones! We can also set-up our Lemon Shake-up Stand! We spent 2 years developing what many of our customers exclaim, “this is The Perfect Lemon Shake-up!  One of our most popular side dishes we sell is our Signature Barbecue Baked Beans, we use our own Barbecue Sauce and plenty of our Pulled Pork.  Depending on your party or event theme, Zeck’s has access to many unique props to help decorate and give a distinctive personal touch that will be the talk of the guests! PRODUCT

     A mild smoked, top quality premium pulled pork is mixed with my homemade mild barbecue sauce and simmered for a minimum of 2 hours. I chose mild with a superb flavor because I want it to appeal to a wide range of people. I sell or have available Gourmet Hot Sauces that can be added for those individuals that “want to kick it up”.

CATERING MENU

   Our Specialty is Pulled Pork. We also serve Baby Back Ribs, they are tender, moist, juicy, fall off the bone delicious. Signature BBQ Baked Beans- full of our gourmet pulled pork & our homemade BBQ sauce- very popular, Creamy Cole Slaw, Vinegar Cole Slaw, Green Beans, Corn on the cob niblets, Grilled Chicken Breast, Smoked Turkey Breast, Steaks, Tossed Salad, Potato Salad, Baked Potatoes, Chips, Varieties of Wraps & Desserts. We can also do traditional trays; deli, fruit, relish , cheese. We have the capabilities to serve whatever is needed- just ask!
