Here at Zecks, we developed a premium gourmet Pulled Pork that encompasses the mild smoky flavor of North Carolina Barbecue while combining the methods of Indiana Barbecue by simmering our own special barbecue sauce into the pork a minimum of 2 hours in every batch we make.
