The other way to enjoy some of Zeck's North Carolina Barbecue is to go to one of the Festivals that they participate in or see the Zecks BBQ booth at the Noblesville Farmers Market. The Farmers Market runs from the third weekend in May until the last weekend in October. The market is open every Saturday rain or shine 8am until 12:30pm. The Noblesville Farmers Market is located at Riverview Hospital, at the intersection of State Road 32 and State Road 19. See our 2008 schedule below. 

PRODUCT

     A mild smoked, top quality premium pulled pork containing very little fat that is mixed with my homemade mild barbecue sauce and simmered for a minimum of 2 hours. I chose mild with a superb flavor because I want it to appeal to a wide range of people. I sell or have available Gourmet Hot Sauces that can be added for those individuals that want to kick it up.

NORMAL FESTIVAL MENU

      Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Breaded Tenderloins, Rib Tips (some festivals), grilled hot dogs, QUE dogs (my invention- Pulled Pork served on top of a Grilled Hot Dog like Coney or Chili sauce), Old Fashion Original Lemon Shake-ups ( researched and tested 2 years - better than ANY at the State Fair), Flavored Lemon Shakeups- raspberry lemon, grape lemon, orange lemon, blue raspberry lemon, cherry lemon, bottled water, canned sodas, hot coffee and apple cider (in the fall), bottles of gourmet hot sauces (4 types), funnel cakes, & deep fried Oreos. Nachos & Sno-cones when allowed.
