Customers: All food that is shipped is fully cooked, vacuum-sealed, and packed in dry ice. Pulled Pork is shipped frozen. All food items are perishable. Please put food into refrigerator or freezer upon arrival. We have release numbers with shippers so all packages are left if someone is home or not. If you are shipping as a present to somebody else, please notify that person. Zeck’s North Carolina Barbecue is not responsible if person is out of town. We appreciate your business.
